Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

MomentClean (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, stored, disclosed, and protected when you use the MomentClean mobile application (“the App”).

1. Information We Access and Process Locally

MomentClean may request access to certain information and device features to provide its core functions.

Photos and Videos

With your permission, the App may access photos and videos stored in your photo library to:

•Select photos and create cutout stickers;

•Create and manage calendar records;

•Design and save sticker posters;

•Display saved content in Home Screen widgets;

•Organize and review photos and videos;

•Identify similar, blurry, large, or categorized items;

•Help you select photos and videos for deletion.

Photos and videos are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers or to the analytics and attribution providers described below.

The App may also process locally stored photo and video information, such as file size, format, creation date, duration, and location metadata embedded in the file, when required for sorting and organization features.

Camera

With your permission, the App may access your camera so that you can take photos and create stickers or calendar records. Camera content is processed locally on your device.

Records and Creative Content

Information you add within the App may include:

•Record dates, titles, and notes;

•Stickers and poster layouts;

•Editing preferences and sticker outline settings.

This content is stored locally on your device. We do not intentionally transmit the contents of your records, notes, stickers, or poster projects to our analytics or attribution providers.

2. Analytics, Attribution, and Diagnostic Information

In version 1.0.1, the App uses Adjust, ThinkingData, and Google Firebase services. Depending on the enabled components, SDK configuration, device settings, and your consent choices, these services may automatically collect and process:

•App activity, such as app launches, sessions, screen views, feature interactions, event timestamps, and subscription or purchase events;

•Device and app information, such as device model, operating-system version, language or region, app version, SDK version, network status, and mobile carrier;

•Identifiers, such as an app-instance identifier, IDFV, Adjust identifier, Firebase installation identifier, and IDFA only where permitted and authorized;

•Attribution information, such as install source, campaign, advertising network, referrer or attribution status;

•Diagnostic and performance information, such as crash data, exception information, performance data, and technical logs;

•IP address and approximate location derived from it, such as country, region, or city.

We use this information in aggregated or device-level form to understand App usage, measure acquisition campaigns, diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud, and improve performance and user experience.

Advertising Attribution and Tracking

Adjust may be used to measure advertising performance and attribute installs or in-app events to campaigns. If Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is required, access to the advertising identifier and tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies will occur only after you authorize it. You may deny or later change this permission in your device settings. Denying permission does not prevent you from using the App’s core functions, but attribution may be less precise.

3. Subscription and Purchase Information

Purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. The App may receive limited transaction information from Apple, such as the product identifier, transaction or original transaction identifier, purchase and expiration dates, renewal status, subscription status, and introductory-offer eligibility, so that we can verify purchases and unlock premium features.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details. Purchase and subscription events may also be measured through the analytics and attribution services described in this Policy, but payment credentials are handled by Apple.

4. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

•Provide sticker creation, calendar records, poster editing, widgets, and photo or video organization;

•Confirm subscription status and provide premium access;

•Understand feature usage and improve the App;

•Measure advertising and acquisition performance;

•Monitor stability, investigate crashes, and troubleshoot errors;

•Protect the App, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Photo and Video Deletion

MomentClean does not automatically delete photos or videos.

Items are deleted only after you select them and confirm the deletion action. Deleted items may remain in the Recently Deleted album provided by the operating system until they are permanently removed according to your device settings.

6. Saving Content to Your Photo Library

With your permission, MomentClean may save generated stickers, edited posters, or other exported content to your system photo library.

Content saved to your photo library remains there until you delete it through the Photos app or your device settings.

7. Third-Party Services and Disclosure

We disclose limited information to service providers that help operate, measure, secure, and improve the App. The categories of information depend on the SDKs and features enabled in the App.

ThinkingData provides product analytics services. It may process device and app information, network information, identifiers, app activity, event duration, and exception information to help us understand how the App is used.

Privacy information: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

We do not sell or rent personal information for money. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transfer, or to advertising partners where configured for attribution and permitted by your consent choices and applicable law.

8. Data Storage, Retention, and International Transfers

App records, settings, stickers, and poster information are stored locally on your device and remain there until you delete the relevant content, remove the App, or clear locally stored data through available system functions. We do not retain server copies of your photos, videos, records, stickers, posters, or notes.

Analytics, attribution, transaction, and diagnostic information may be stored by the service providers described above for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, according to our configuration, provider terms, legal obligations, and applicable retention controls. When no longer required, information may be deleted, de-identified, or aggregated.

These providers may process information in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.

9. Permissions and Your Choices

You can manage or revoke Camera and Photos permissions at any time through:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera or Photos > MomentClean

You can manage App Tracking Transparency permission through:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking

Disabling a permission may prevent related features from working, but other available features can continue to be used. You may also contact us to request assistance with applicable analytics, attribution, or privacy choices.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information, to object to or opt out of certain processing, or to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information for money. Where applicable law treats certain advertising-attribution disclosures as “sharing” or targeted advertising, you may use the controls described above or contact us to exercise available rights.

Because photos, videos, records, stickers, posters, and notes are stored only on your device, we cannot access, retrieve, or delete that local content for you. You can manage it within the App or through your device settings. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

11. Children’s Privacy

MomentClean is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the analytics, attribution, or diagnostic services used by the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

12. Data Security

MomentClean is designed to process user-created content locally on the device whenever possible. We and our service providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed.

However, no device, network transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple Account, backups, and photo library.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When this Policy is updated, the revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an update means that you acknowledge the revised Policy.
