Welcome to MomentClean. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MomentClean mobile application (“the App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
MomentClean provides tools that allow you to:
•Take or select photos and create cutout stickers;
•Create calendar records with dates, titles, notes, and stickers;
•Design, save, and share sticker posters;
•Display saved posters through Home Screen widgets;
•Organize and review photos and videos;
•Review categories such as similar photos, blurry photos, large files, screenshots, screen recordings, and short videos;
•Select photos or videos for deletion.
Available features may vary depending on your device, operating system, permissions, region, subscription status, and App version.
MomentClean grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App for lawful personal purposes.
You may not:
•Copy, sell, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the App;
•Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain its source code, except where permitted by law;
•Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
•Interfere with the App, another device, system, or network;
•Use the App for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Some features require access to your camera or photo library.
You may manage these permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.
You are responsible for reviewing photos, videos, stickers, records, and posters before saving, sharing, replacing, or deleting them.
MomentClean may analyze photos and videos and group them into categories based on characteristics such as similarity, blur, size, format, date, duration, or location metadata.
These results are provided as suggestions and may not always be complete or accurate. The App does not guarantee that every detected item is unnecessary or should be deleted.
MomentClean does not automatically delete your photos or videos. Items are removed only after you select and confirm them.
Deleted items may remain temporarily in the system’s Recently Deleted album. You are responsible for recovering or permanently deleting them through the system Photos app.
Please keep backups of important content before using cleanup features.
The App may automatically identify a subject and remove its background to create a sticker.
Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, subject position, background complexity, device capabilities, and operating-system support.
MomentClean does not guarantee that cutouts, classifications, storage estimates, or editing results will always be accurate. You should review all results before saving or sharing them.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, stickers, and other content that you import or create.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and share your content and that it does not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other legal rights.
The App’s software, interface, templates, illustrations, icons, branding, and original design elements are owned by or licensed to MomentClean. You may use them within the App to create personal content, but you may not separately extract, resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of them.
Records, stickers, poster projects, and settings may be stored locally on your device.
Removing the App, clearing its data, resetting the device, or changing devices may result in the loss of locally stored content. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups.
Home Screen widgets are controlled in part by the operating system. Their availability, refresh timing, size, and behavior may vary. MomentClean does not guarantee that widgets will update immediately or continuously.
MomentClean may offer the following auto-renewable subscription options. Each active subscription unlocks all premium features available under that plan:
1.Weekly Subscription: available without a free trial or, where offered and eligible, with a 3-day or 7-day free trial;
2.Monthly Subscription: available without a free trial or, where offered and eligible, with a 3-day or 7-day free trial;
3.Annual Subscription: available without a free trial or, where offered and eligible, with a 3-day or 7-day free trial.
The price, billing period, trial length, and other applicable terms are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. Apple processes all payments; MomentClean does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.
A 3-day or 7-day free trial may be available only for eligible users and only when displayed for the selected subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple Account will be charged the price shown at purchase. Trial availability may vary by subscription, region, storefront, and eligibility determined by Apple.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the renewal price shown for your subscription, subject to any price-change notice or consent required by Apple or applicable law.
You can manage or cancel your subscription after purchase through your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel, premium access generally continues until the end of the already-paid period unless otherwise stated by Apple or required by law.
You may use the App’s restore-purchases function, where available, to restore an eligible purchase associated with the same Apple Account. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies. We may add, remove, or change subscription options or premium features prospectively, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.
The App may interact with system or third-party services such as the camera, photo library, sharing tools, iCloud Photos, system backups, StoreKit, Home Screen widgets, analytics, attribution, and diagnostics services.
These services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. MomentClean is not responsible for their availability, security, or operation. Additional information about data processing is provided in the MomentClean Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MomentClean does not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomentClean is not responsible for losses resulting from:
•User-confirmed deletion;
•Inaccurate cleanup or editing suggestions;
•Failure to maintain backups;
•Device loss, damage, reset, or permission changes;
•App removal or loss of locally stored content;
•Third-party or operating-system services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App.
We may also update these Terms. The revised effective date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription; subscriptions must be managed through your Apple Account or App Store settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by the MomentClean Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to the App or these Terms shall be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
